Hi everyone, once again Terra Bella Cafe, which serves organic, delicious, food has invited me to present my artwork for the month of August. This will be an eclectic mix of paintings all in my bold and bright "colorist" tradition.
 Both Terra Bella and myself ask you to come enjoy a healthy meal and view my colorful artwork.
Sweet Seductioin Peggie's painting "Sweet Seduction" will be in the 2011 AKWS National Juried Show this October held at the Anchorage Museum.
June 4th. Francine Dufour Jones and Peggie Hunnicutt will be "blooming where they are planted"
under a booth at the Downtown Anchorage "Festival of Flowers.
" Be there or (should we say) be at the Square."

One of Peggies's paintings has been chosen for the 2010 XLII Watercolor West Juried Show

 

"Are those watercolors?"

is the title of Peggie's upcoming August Show at Terra Bella. Because of her bright and bold colors people often ask that question. In this show Peggie breaks with traditional watercolor rules and produces watercolors that will NOT fade. To see for yourself come to her First Friday Opening on August 6th.. 5:30p.m. to 8:00p.m.
Terra Bella's serves healthy and natural gourmet everything. If you haven't been there, your in for a treat!"

Peggie was thrilled to see Mrs. Alaska and her daughter stop by her booth celebrating Downtown Alaska's Festival of Flowers. Mrs. Alaska will be competing June 22nd. at a Silent Auction Fundraiser. CLICK HERE for more informantion.

Peggie's work was included in the Alaska Watercolor Society's group Artic Rose Gallery Show during August.

 

Peggie had fun on August 15th at the Anchorage Downtown Partnership's "G" Street Fair. Peggie Hunnicutt, Francine Dufour Jones, and Luz Maskell marketed their artwork . (Link)
